Just steps away, the barn adds even more flexibility with a private room and full bathroom. -Master: California King -Bedroom 2: King -Bedroom 3: Twin bunk beds (great for kids) -Barn Suite: Queen bunk beds + private bathroom 🏊 Private Heated Pool Enjoy your own heated pool with a basketball hoop and volleyball net — perfect for all-day fun and group competition. 📚 Pool Policy -Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay -Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival -Pool heaters typically warm the water to ~30°F above the outside air temperature 💰Fees & Refunds -Pool heat is $80 per night and must be enabled for the full duration of your stay -Pool heating fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of operating the heater regardless of usage or weather ❄️ Weather Limitations -Pool heating is unavailable when nighttime temperatures fall below 50°F. The heater cannot operate in freezing conditions, and requests during times will be declined 🏓 Indoor Pickleball Court (Rare Feature) One of the few properties in the area with a private indoor court — play anytime, rain or shine.
